Actor Sai Kiran's video asks people to ‘Go vote and slap politicians’

Hyderabad: With elections round the corner, Tollywood actor Sai Kiran has come up with a video titled Fataack, which talks about importance of Nota, the None of the above option. He also encourages women to speak up for themselves and the clip (pictured above) even has a woman journalist slapping a politician.

The actor claims his inspiration to make this video were the “nasty comments” from Abu Azmi and Mulayam Singh Yadav.

“Recently, these leaders gave out stupid comments about rape victims. I was angry. Later, I did a mini survey to understand whether people were aware of the Nota option and it was surprising to know that over 90 per cent people were not. That’s when it struck me that I should make a video about this. I feel everyone should vote so that non-deserving leaders do not come to power,” he added.
