Hyderabad: Seemandhra CM-in-waiting N. Chandrababu Naidu will unveil his development plan for the new state which includes establishing the capital near Vijayawada and a High Court at Kurnool.
Sources said a few vision documents had been submitted to Mr Naidu by different agencies; a copy of such a document is in possession of this newspaper.
Titled “Transformational Growth and Significant Investment Opportunities”, is being finetuned by key party functionaries. Mr Naidu is also planning to request the Centre to extend the tax incentives for Seemandhra for 15 years and increase the annual grant to Rs 20,000 crore for 10 years to make up for the loss of revenue from Hyderabad.
