Centre devises new ad campaign
New Delhi: Narendra Modi government has decided to devise a new advertisement campaign for the central government based on the theme Sabke Saath Sabka Vikaas, utilised successfully by the BJP in its recent Lok Sabha campaign.
The move would mark a shift from the Bharat Nirman series of advertisements unleashed by the UPA regime over its last term and moves toward a theme closer at heart to the NDA government.
Sources said the theme Sabke Saath Sabka Vikaas (together we move, together we grow) has been cleared after a lot of consultation and deliberation at the top levels of the BJP government and would portray the government’s attempt at inclusive growth of all sections of Indian society.
It is understood that Sabke Saath Sabka Vikaas is expected to be the dominant theme in all advertising campaigns.
Interestingly, the Modi government aims to make it an exercise involving the common man and the Information and Broadcasting ministry has invited suggestions and designs based on the theme from general public. The advertisement campaign is expected to be unveiled during Independence Day celebrations.
The Directorate of Advertising and Visual publicity has invited print advertisement creative designs from the general public on the occasion of the 68th Independence Day.
