Melanie Griffith, Antonio Banderas fight for 40 million pounds divorce battle?

London: 'Working Girl' actress Melanie Griffith will reportedly fight 40 million pounds divorce battle with estranged husband Antonio Banderas. The pair will fight for control of their worldwide property empire as well as custody of their teenage daughter and three pet dogs, reported The Daily Star.

"Melanie wants half of everything they jointly own and the current estimate of their property holdings could be far less than the portfolio is actually worth," a source said.

"They own homes, restaurants and commercial buildings across America and Europe," the source added.

Griffith, 56, and Banderas, 53, who are parents to Stella, 17, announced their divorce last month. Griffith is apparently determined to get every penny due to her and has petitioned for sole physical custody of their daughter.

Papers submitted by Griffith at Los Angeles Superior Court reveal she is also demanding spousal support for life from 'The Mask Of Zorro' star.
