Mumbai: If sources are to believed Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has packed his bags and headed to the Maldives for a small vacation with his daughter, Aaliyah.
His daughter just arrived from Corsica, where she accompanied the ‘Tamasha’ crew (Imtiaz Ali, Ranbir Kapoor, and Deepika Padukone). The filmmaker will return to Mumbai from Maldives on the 29th of July. Kashyap has checked in to the hotel Six Senses.
The ‘Bombay Velvet’ director planned the getaway with his daughter to explore the different water sports of Maldives.
Anurag also spent the end of last year in Andaman and Nicobar islands where he enjoyed deep sea diving, he said, “"I am here to take lessons on deep sea diving in the ocean (Bay Of Bengal) from my coach...he is also my solace," in an interview with TOI then.
Even when the director was shooting in Sri Lanka for ‘Bombay Velver’ (his upcoming film with Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma), he indulged in a deep sea adventure and set a new record for himself.
