Mumbai: It’s official! Aamir Khan has started preparing for his next, in which he will play a wrestler.
According to reports, Nitesh Tiwari, the director of Bhoothnath Returns and Chillar Party, will helm the project.
It will be produced by a leading studio.
A source said, “Aamir has already started working out for the role. Unlike in Dhoom 3, where a different kind of physique was a prerequisite for the role, in 'Dangal', he has to look like a wrestler. He will have to beef up. The training is very intensive and will need months of work.”
Apparently, 'Dangal' requires extensive pre-production work, which Nitesh is already busy with.
“His work is being monitored by Aamir and the studio. The film will go on the floors next year. The results of Aamir’s new workout regime are already evident in his recent public appearances,” our source added.
Meanwhile, Aamir also has to finish shooting for PK in a month’s time.
