Google Nexus is one of the best Android smartphones if you want complete Android compatibility. Google partners with top manufacturers each year, to release one smartphone which is highly compatible with Google’s Android operating system. The Nexus hardware are also one of the smartphones which are guaranteed to receive the first batch of any new Android operating system.
Till Date, Google’s Nexus have been manufactured by top smartphone manufacturers, including Samsung and LG. However, different online news reports and leaks stated that Google won’t be naming the Nexus series as they did before (Nexus 1 to Nexus 5). Leaks stated that Google is thinking of renaming the Nexus series as Android Silver.
Now another leakster has tipped the internet media that the Nexus 6 will be launched and as early as end of August. The Nexus 6 could be known as Android Silver, but there is no confirmation as yet.
The information also states some exciting and disappointing features. What is exciting is that the handset will feature a Snapdragon 805 chipset, processors buzzing at 3 GHz, 3GB of RAM, an Adreno 420 graphics and a 13MP camera. What is a bit sad is that the display, though being a QHD, would be a whopping 5.9-inch (pointing out to be a phablet).
The Nexus 6 would be a manufacture of Motorola, and another tip from TK Tech states that the Moto S, which is in the making, could be the Nexus S in disguise till the launch period. The Nexus S could also be the first Android Silver device.
