Dakota Johnson’s father upset with her 50 Shades of Grey role

Actress Dakota Johnson’s father Don earlier stated he is fine with her role in erotic romance Fifty Shades of Grey but according to her grandmother Tippi Hedren, he is quite upset that she acted in the film. Don Johnson said in his official statement that he was okay with his daughter Dakota Johnson’s role in Fifty Shades of Grey, but behind the scene, the veteran actor was apparently “very upset” about the steamy role.

Dakota’s mother, Milanie Griffith had said that they would not be seeing the film because their daughter thought it would be awkward for them. Fifty Shades of Grey, based on E.L. James’ novel of the same name, has a lot of intimate scenes between characters Christain Grey and Anna Steele, played by Jamie Dornan and Dakota respectively. The film directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson is all set to release on February 13, 2015.
