Moto G (2nd Gen.) available in India for Rs 12,999

Moto G, considered as one of the best budget smartphones in the Indian market, now has an upgrade. Motorola has launched the next version of the Moto G, the Moto G (2^nd Gen.), with a better hardware. While most might think that the price may be high, you need to stop thinking. Motorola has launched the Moto G (2^nd Gen.) for the same price as the older Moto G, at Rs 12,999.

The handset is available exclusively on Flipkart, and as a launch-day offer, Flipkart is also throwing in a few goodies along with the device.

The Moto G (2^nd Gen.) sports a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels and is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The handset is powered using a Snapdragon 400 1.7GHz quad-core processor with an Adreno 305 graphics unit and 1GB of RAM. The internal storage is 16GB, expandable to 32GB via a micro SD card. The rear camera is an 8MP, while the front camera is a 2MP. Lastly, the Moto G (2^nd Gen.) runs on android Kitkat v4.4.4 and is powered by a 2070mAh Li-ion battery.
