Leaked: Next Microsoft Office to be known as Office 16

As the news of Microsoft Windows 9 is all over the web, it has been observed that the company is also working on its new version of Office. Reports state that Microsoft’s new version of Office will likely be known as ‘Microsoft Office 16’.

The new Microsoft Office 16 will appear with much improvised features which will include Tell Me tool, Excel Data Model and even a black theme option. Applications in the new Office 16 will be able to read image metadata and automatically position images in their correct orientation. Images of Office 16 were first leaked out by The Verge. Media reports state that Tell Me will be placed right at the top of the Office page, which may work like a search and help.

Microsoft Office 16 helps in panning and zooming on large charts and smart art diagrams. It might also enable in setting multiple Timeline bars and custom date ranges in a single view. ZDNet also stated that Microsoft is adding information rights management protection for Visio files on Office 16.
