Small screen’s foodie trails
Shakti Arora:
I love visiting Zaffran and Silver Beach café in Mumbai. Both the places are not too crowded and I cherish the fan encounters that happen there. Once when I was there, a small boy walked up to me and said, “When I grow up, I want to be like RV (my character in Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi). That was very touching.”
Preetika Rao:
Out of the Blue in Bandra is one place I’ve visited since I was a kid and continue to do so even today. It’s a lovely continental joint. The last time I was at a coffee shop near the place, a bunch of boys waited to about 40 minutes for me to finish my coffee, before they approached me to pose for pictures with them. That was very sweet.
Sargun Mehta:
When in Delhi, I have to visit Delhi University North Campus. I lived there for four years and love the paani puri and other chaat items served there. Students recognise me when I am there and request to be clicked with me. I really don’t mind posing for them, because I am very attached to the place.
