Hyderabad: A 50-year-old scrap dealer addicted to porn allegedly raped his employee’s 11-year-old daughter after making her watch porn at his shop in Mailardevpally.
The accused, Anwar Khan, is a resident of Moosanagar. Police said he assaulted the girl when she came to the shop with her mother. Her mother, who was busy at work when the incident occurred found out the matter after she saw the girl bleeding.
The incident occurred on Friday evening when the culprit was alone in the shop with the victim. “He has a TV and DVD player in his godown and he watches porn sitting there. On Friday, when the girl came he made her watch it with him and then sexually assaulted her,” said inspector S.N. Jaweed.
Police officials said the girl used to visit the shop located at Tatanagar with her mother.
Police said the accused had an intention to sexually assault the girl since some time and he got the chance on Friday.
After going back home the victim’s mother found that the girl was bleeding and groaning with pain. When asked she revealed that her mother’s employer had raped her. Soon they approached the police and filed a complaint.
Police said the culprit was taken into custody and he confessed to the crime. Anwar is married and has five children. He is also a grandfather as three of his children are married.
Police said the condition of the victim is stable and she is being given proper treatment.
