Karimnagar: The state government is devising a strategy to revive Nizam Sugar Factory as it would ensure welfare of farmers and workers.
The TRS legislators will conduct a study tour to Maharasthra to see the maintenance of the sugar factories there and a report will be submitted to Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao.
MLA Md. Shakeel said that the TRS is concerned about the future of Nizam Sugar factory. The government will take adequate steps to revive the factory, which has a historical past.
