Everyone is talking about the wedding of the year at Hyderabad on Tuesday evening when Salman Khan’s sister Arpita married Aayush Sharma.
While Aamir Khan stood next to the Khan family receiving guests Shah Rukh Khan who was supposed to arrive at the venue early did a no-show. This, after their much-publicised brotherly reunion at Salman’s residence on Sunday.
Warring adversaries for many years Salman and SRK hugged, made up and danced together to celebrate Arpita’s impending wedding. They parted on Sunday evening with a promise from Shah Rukh that he will be at the wedding in Hyderabad bright and early on Tuesday.
A close friend of Salman says Shah Rukh Khan’s no-show was a surprise to everyone.
The friends said, “On Sunday when Shah Rukh met Salman it seemed as if the differences had all dissolved. Salman had excitedly called up and woken up Aamir at midnight after Shah Rukh left to talk about Shah Rukh’s visit. We were all surprised when he didn’t turn up at the wedding.”
