Jolla reveals the first look of its Sailfish OS tablet
After the successful launch of Jolla’s 4.5-incher Sailfish OS smartphone, the company has now revealed the first look of its new tablet. Jolla claims that it developed the Sailfish operating system in just three years.
Jolla claimed that the Sailfish OS tablet has been designed in Finland and also stated that it will be a crowdsourced device.
The upcoming Sailfish OS tablet by Jolla features a 7.85-inch (2048x1536 pixels) display with a pixel density of 330 ppi. The thickness of the Jolla Sailfish tablet measures around 8.3mm. Powered by 1.8GHz QuadCore Intel processor, the Sailfish OS tablet by Jolla is also coupled with 2GB of RAM.
The newly introduced tablet is equipped with 32GB of ROM and will also have a micro-SD card. On its camera front, the tablet sports a 5MP rear shooter and 2MP front-facing camera.The Sailfish tablet supports hand gestures and multitasking features. Multitasking on Sailfish OS shows all your running apps conveniently in one single view.
Jolla Sailfish OS tablet is fuelled with 2300mAh battery and weighs around 384 grams. As the company plans to add more exclusive features to the Sailfish OS tablet, its price has not yet been announced.
