Spotted: OnePlus One coming to India via Amazon
It seems like another high-end handset, OnePlus One is all set to enter the smartphone market of India soon. Media reports state that the recent teaser on Amazon India’s official page hints that OnePlus One has tied up with Amazon.
OnePlus One claims that this new smartphone can be considered as the ‘2014 Flagship Killer’, which is speculated to launch exclusively on Amazon.
Meanwhile, OnePlus One has announced a ‘#NeverSettle Contest for INDIA’. You just need to click a selfie displaying your #NeverSettle message. You can post statements like ‘#NeverSettle for less than the best.’ or “#NeverSettle for boring’ may just help you win the contest. Around 100 lucky winners from among the posted picture will get the right to buy this handset in India.

Powered by a 2.5GHz quad core Snapdragon 801 processor, the new entrant OnePlus One handset features a 5.5-inch(1920 x 1080 pixels) full HD JDI screen with LTPS technology. This device runs on Cyanogen 11S based on Android 4.4 KitKat OS.
The 13MP Sony Exmor IMX214 rear camera boasts 6 physical lenses with f/2.0 aperture, which can click photos even in low light conditions. The company also claims that its 5MP front facing camera can capture better selfies with its extra-wide 80º viewing angle. OnePlus One is also equipped with stereo recording and tri -microphone noise cancelling technology and is embedded with a rechargeable 3100mAh LiPo battery.
The Silk White/Sandstone Black OnePlus One models will arrive in two variants –16GB and 64GB. The upcoming One Plus One high-end smartphone might be a strong competitor of Oppo, Gionee and Xiaomi handsets.
