They might not admit to all the peace deals being signed but fact is, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman have been taking quiet baby steps towards resolving their issues. After their much-talked-about Eid meet-and-greet, it was their camaraderie at Arpita Khan’s wedding recently, that has become a ray of hope for friends caught in the crossfire.
Now we hear that SRK has agreed to appear on a senior journalist’s talk show with Salman Khan. It seems, it was Salman who suggested they appear together on the screen. The hand of friendship was also extended during the promotions of Shah Rukh’s latest, Happy New Year.
“Shah Rukh genuinely wanted to promote Happy New Year on Salman’s television show. But it didn’t work out but things are definitely getting better between them,” says a close source. SRK’s attendance at Arpita’s wedding is already showing results.
“Salman was extremely touched by SRK’s gesture,” says a source close to Salman. Probably that’s the reason why Salman wants to make an appearance with him on the television talk show. Even as the actors are trying to work out a joint date for the show, the industry is already speculating on the possibility of them coming together for the big screen as well.
