Leaked: Motorola may soon unveil Moto E (2nd Gen) with Android 5.0 Lollipop OS

Motorola successfully launched the Moto series – Moto E, Moto X and Moto G in this year. The tech giant also proceeded further with the introduction of its '2nd Generation' phones which included the Moto X and Moto G 2nd Gen handsets.

However, recent reports speculate the arrival of Moto E (2nd Gen) soon. Techmaniacs states that the Moto E (2nd Gen) will be a low budget phone with a larger display as compared to the Moto E. The upcoming Moto E (2nd Gen) smartphone is expected to sport a 4.5-inch (960 x 540 pixels) display. This means the handset will vary only by 0.2-inch, as the Moto E comes with a 4.3-inch display.

Motorola Moto E will be equipped with a chipset consisting of Snapdragon 400 processor and 1GB of RAM. This smartphone will run on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. Even though the tech giant doesn’t plan to upgrade its 5MP rear camera, individuals might see an improvement in the front camera of Moto E (2nd Gen).

There’s no official announcement of the 2nd Gen handset of Moto E yet. However, media reports state that Moto E (2nd Gen) may be priced much lower than the Moto E.
