Train like the stars
We all lead busy lives and that’s why I have developed the 3-2-1 workout. An efficient way to burn fat with the cardio element, shape and tone and the strength training segment targetting flat abs with core. I call it my 3-2-1 training method, an example of all the elements is a follows.
Cardio exercise is used to burn calories and training heart and lungs to work efficiently. Something such as jumping rope. Try jumping 100 times in a minute without stopping. To do this properly, relax your upper body and don’t jump too high over the rope. If you don’t have a rope you can pretend rope jumping.
3-2-1 Steps; A circuit of strength training is a big part of my programme to build lean muscle tissue, try these exercises in a row without stopping, Finally, to get rid of love handles and get flat abs, include a core exercise such as a side plank. Lift up to a balance on forearms, keep abs contracted and body lifted hold for 30 seconds then repeat on the other side.
My 3-2-1 is as much a philosophy, as its a workout and nutrition plan. 3-2-1 means to get ready mentally, get set physically, go forward emotionally towards your goals!

Chest press on a ball
Begin by sitting on a ball, roll your body out to lying on ball holding dumbells, then on an exhale, press arms up over chest, pause then lower to start. Perform 20 repititions.
lunge shoulder press
Lateral lunge holding weights is great for the legs and glutes and especially inner thighs. Take a giant step to the right and lean into a lunge. Pause, then return, repeat 10 times per side.
Tricep extension
A great exercise to get rid of those jiggly bits. Hinge forward at the hips and extend your arms back behind you. You can either bend or straighten for 20 repititions or you can stay extended for 30 seconds.
