Rumour has it that Pawan Kalyan’s house is being demolished by the GHMC. Earlier, when the GHMC demolished Nagarjuna’s and Venkatesh’s property they had informed the media, but as there has been no official communication regarding Pawan Kalyan’s house, maybe it is just a hearsay?
Sources, however, suggest that there is some work going on in Pawan Kalyan’s house in Jubilee Hills and that it is being remodelled as per vaastu. So maybe he himself got the demolition done?
Another story doing the rounds is that someone has taken the house in question on lease and is reconstructing the house.
Pawan Kalyan stayed in the house till 2008 and it is not clear whether he still owns it or he sold it to the present occupant. He has been staying in a different house in Jubilee Hills itself since then. Pawan Kalyan has chosen to keep mum on the whole issue.
