Hyderabad: A picture of a minor boy chained in the Chandrayangutta police station was leaked on Monday, leading to major embarrassment for the cops. Police had picked up the 13-year-old boy, a Kolkata native, in connection with a mobile theft, and chained both his legs inside the police station. After the photograph was leaked, the cops became defensive and said that the boy had been released.
