BB8: Praneet Bhatt calls Bigg Boss ‘main villain’ of the house
Mumbai: Since Karishma announced Praneet’s name for eviction on the judgement day, he knew his game was coming to a definite end. Praneet Bhatt, best known for his role as Shakuni in epic TV series Mahabharat, played a fair game as he promised on the premiere of Bigg Boss season 8.
Although he got evicted recently, he holds no grudges against anyone and is happy to breathe in the fresh air after so long. “I have been telling this to other people also that it was not a surprise for me. From past two weeks I was walking on a loose thread and I somehow knew this was going to happen” he said.
We have seen the P3G group dissolving due to the situations taking place in the house. When asked if he would have stuck to his P3G group, he most probably would have been in the game right now he says, “There was no group as such. It was all because audiences named us that way. We were four different people with different ideas and thoughts and we chose to play our own games”.
The creative team of the house is often seen giving tasks that will result into friction between the contestants. “Bigg Boss is the biggest villain; there is no other villain other than Bigg Boss in this game show” said the actor.
During the course of this season we saw friends becoming foes, love stories leading to break ups and contestants getting down the depression lane. Amidst all of this, we also saw Praneet distancing himself from Gautam and Puneet. “It was nothing like that; you know Gautam is like my younger brother. If you are close to someone and they are doing something wrong, as an elder you will point it and give them your advice. That is what happened between me and Gautam. That guy had a lot of pressure on him already as everyone isolated him but I told him that I was there if he needed a friend. I gave my advice and shoulder to anyone whenever they needed.”
While signing off, Praneet also added that he wants his best friend Pritam to win the show and as he used to say 'the parindey' took him away.
