Mr Naidu ran administration from there for 4 months till his office was made available

Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh government has declared Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s farmhouse at Madinaguda village in Ranga Reddy district as the Chief Minister’s second camp office.

The state government has issued orders sanctioning Rs 20 lakh for providing security and lighting arrangements there. After the bifurcation, the Lake View Guest House in the city was allotted to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister as his camp office.

Mr Naidu ran the administration from there for four months till his office at the Secretariat was made available. He decided to renovate his own house at Jubilee Hills for which he will have to shift to another house with his family.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has a farmhouse at Madinaguda Village of Serilingampally mandal in Ranga Reddy district and he had initially thought of shifting to this farmhouse but the family recently finalised a private building in Jubilee Hills instead. Officials are currently making security arrangements at the private building where the CM’s family will shift around March.

Officials said that the government had the right to declare the CM’s farmhouse as his camp office. They said that Mr Naidu visited the farmhouse frequently and the government thus had to make necessary security arrangements.
