Mumbai: Anil Kapoor who has worked in a lot of David Dhawan films, says he sees a bright future for the director’s son, Varun. Anil says “From Student of the Year to Badlapur, Varun’s growth as an actor and dancer is awesome. The song Jee Karda is a hauntingly passionate piece and I just loved it.”
While Varun has been gathering praise from the industry for the song video, we hear shooting it wasn’t very easy for him and his co-stars, due to a buzz about the location Mukesh mills in Mumbai being a haunted one. The place is said to be one of India’s most haunted mills.
Varun, Nawaz and Yami were very scared to shoot there apparently. “Varun and Nawaz were very wary since they had heard various ghost stories about the mill,” said a source from the production team.
