WC 2015: Team India on beach volleyball and wine, Chris Gayle – the singer
Perth: After a hat-trick of wins in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup, against Pakistan, South Africa and then UAE, Team India seem to be soaking the pressure well ahead of their next clash against the West Indies.

While the team’s fixation with football and tennis is well known, the Men in Blue enjoyed a game of beach volleyball this time around. After hours of beach gazing and sun tanning, footy did them a whole lot of good.

With silence and serenity for company, the team enjoyed a sumptuous lunch with smiles galore. And they were not done. The Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led side recently took off and made their way to the Aravina Vineyard near the quaint Margaret Rivet located 250kms away from the city of Perth to get an essence of how the traditional authentic wine is produced.

It’s not the Indian team who are taking to the sights Australia offers, the South African cricket team too hit the beach in Sydney and were seen interacting with budding swimmers.

West Indies preferred to sing out loud as they always play with a song in their heart. The Calypso kings entered Perth to a grand welcome in front of thousands of adoring fans. The Western Australia Minister Dr Kim Hames played host for the team and skipper Jason Holder presented him with a jersey.

Gayle danced and sang to the crowd and was joined by teammate Andre Russell.
