Believe it or not: Morning shows of Sunny Leone’s 'Ek Paheli Leela' goes housefull in single screens

Mumbai: Bobby Khan’s 'Ek Paheli Leela' starring Sunny Leone, Rajneesh Duggal, Jay Bhanushali, Rahul Dev and Mohit Ahlawat released worldwide today. Early trend suggest that the film is doing very well in the single screens in India. Many single screens in the interiors ran housefull for the morning shows.

The movie saw a decent footfall at multiplexes with 30-35 percent occupancy in the morning. According to a multiplex official, it’s a great sign for Sunny Leone as people are really enjoying watching her on the big screen.

Though the reviews have been mixed for the film, it is learnt that Sunny Leone has really gone a step ahead with her acting skills. The masses have been acknowledging her performance and the change is quite evident.

Another leading distributor told us that single screens saw a great footfall and some of them ran housefull shows.

Bobby Khan has shot the film in a string budget and going by the early trends, the film is likely to have a great weekend. The buzz at the T-series, who have produced the film, is also very positive. Bhushan Kumar is making all the right choices with the films he is producing. They too have tracked the early trends and are happy the way the film has taken a jump-start in the morning shows. With the kind of start this film has got in the first half of the opening day, it is most likely that evening shows will lead to more occupancy.
