Sukirti Kandpal is back to fiction with 'Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls'
Mumbai: After her stint on Bigg Boss, Sukirti Kandpal is back to fiction with 'Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls'. While the show has four other actresses (who play her sisters) Sukirti is sure, she will stand out among the crowd. “Currently I don’t have a lot of scenes with them but nonetheless I am very fond of each one of them and we refer to each other by our onscreen nicknames. And when it comes to standing out I think my curly hair and being Sukirti Kandapal should do the trick.”
Moving on to her real life sister, the actress tells us, they have been together through thick and thin. “My real sister Bhavna and I share an incredibly great bond. She has faced and is still facing a great deal of struggles in her life. After an accident and a terrible head injury she has memory loss and that has been difficult on all of us mostly her when it came to her relationships. But anyway I have always idolized and looked up to my older sister as younger ones do I’m sure. She is a fighter and a survivor and I know she will get past this hurdle as well.”
As for her last show Bigg Boss, Sukirti has made sure to stay in touch with her housemates, “Yes infact I am in touch with all of them. We have a group on WhatsApp and we are constantly in touch. They are a great set of people. You name it from Sushant, Diandra, everyone. Infact Rene just recently congratulated me on my new show. I’m open to Bigg Boss again. It’s a fabulous show and I think I fit right in.”
She may be single at the moment but the actress is an eternal romantic. “I believe that love is a feeling which surpasses all other feelings. It’s the most beautiful feeling in the world that someone should never look past. It’s a feeling where you get butterflies in your stomach and you will know when you’re in love. I can do anything for love always.”
