After a long wait, Apple Watch was recently rolled out in the stores for purchase. Touted primarily as a smart wearable health device, Apple Watch has been one of the most awaited gadgets of 2015. In its event last year, Apple flaunted several features of the Watch, like the retina display, the Apple Pay, the health tracker, the Taptic engine, among others.
However, water resistance is not something Apple laid much stress on. After a test done by FoneFox it was found that the Apple Watch is in fact a lot more water resistant than what Apple claimed it to be.
FoneFox tested the Apple Watch in different water levels. They showered with the Apple Watch, poured it in a bucket of water and swam with it in a pool, but they couldn’t get the Watch to stop working! Watch the video to see the Apple Watch react to water:
