Huawei launches budget smartphone Honor 4C
On the lines of Apple’s iPhone 5C, after Honor 4X, Huawei has now launched Honor 4C, which will be available in different colors. The Honor 4C is essentially a less expensive alternative of the Honor 4X.
The Honor 4C is a dual SIM smartphone that features a 5-inch HD TFT IPS display. It is powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 620 chipset, which comprises of a 1.2 GHz octa-core processor along with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone encloses 8GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 32GB using a MicroSD card.
The Honor 4C runs on Android KitKat v4.4.2, which is layered with Honor’s Emotion 3.0 UI. The smartphone sports a 13MP primary and 5MP secondary camera. It is fuelled with a Li-ion 2550 mAh battery. On the connectivity front, the Honor 4C features Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, A2DP, EDR, along with A-GPS, GLONASS, radio microUSB v2.0 and USB Host.
Priced at CNY 799 (approximately Rs 8,122), the Honor 4C is now listed on Honor's official website, and confirms its availability in China. However, there is no news on when the smartphone would be launches in the Indian market.
