Milind ignores Nagrik for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani

Controversies don’t seem to leave Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani. Popular 90s model Milind Soman is now rumoured to be playing the villain in the film and will be seen in an action avatar. The role also requires him to practice for long hours. Now, we hear the team of another film Nagrik, which also stars Milind, is not pleased about the actor dropping out of a promotional event that was held in Mumbai on Monday, because he had to accommodate a last minute schedule of Bajirao Mastani.

A source says, “Bajirao Mastani is being shot on a grand scale and requires long hours and complete commitment from the actors involved. Milind could not leave the shoot and make it to the Nagrik event at the last minute. However, press invites had already gone out featuring the actor’s name prominently, so they were left in the lurch.” When contacted, Milind didn’t clarify anything. He only said, “These are rumours.”
