The actor said he took up Jurrasic World because of his children Ayaan and Babil

Irrfan Khan has said that there was one very special reason that influenced him to take up the role in the new Jurassic Park movie — make that, two very influential reasons.
The actor, who plays the part of Simon Masrani, the owner of Jurassic World in the film, was “emotionally tricked” by his children Ayaan and Babil to take up the project. Irrfan has admitted that while the offer itself was tempting, it was the sheer excitement his children expressed that convinced him to say yes.
“I have always wanted to engage children. I’ve wanted to do kids’ movies. When I was offered Jurassic World, I was thrilled. My children are my biggest critics and looking at their reaction and enthusiasm, I was totally sure that I wanted to play the role of Simon Masrani,” the actor said.
