Jacqueline Fernandez bonds with Adrien Brody at Naomi Campbell's party

Mumbai: Jacqueline Fernandez who has signed 2 international projects at this juncture in her career, is going places and how ! The actress who recently made a hush-hush trip to the 68th Cannes Film Festival, walked the red carpet with the Queen of Malaysia on her personal request and also attended the Monaco Grand Prix.

The actress later jetted off for supermodel Naomi Campbell's private yacht party,where she was among the few to ring in the model's 45th birthday. The party later shifted to a private chateau which saw the likes of Leonardo Di Caprio, Kim Kardarshian's sister Kendall Jenner, singer Mary J.Blige, Chris Brown among others.

Jacqueline who was the only name from India to be part of the prestigious guest list, happened to meet Oscar winning actor Adrien Brody (The Pianist,The Grand Budapest Hotel) at the party, where the two spoke at length about India and the West's obsession with Indian culture.

Says a source close to the actress, "Jacqueline has a lot of respect for Adrien's work and loves the film The Pianist and Midnight in Paris which are two of her favorites. Adrien spoke highly of Bollywood and Hindi films and enjoys their larger-than-life scales. He also mentioned to Jackie that he has been to India twice and shooting for The Darjeeling Express in India had helped him connect to his spiritual side. Jackie invited him to the country for another trip, given that he enjoys India's rich culture and the warmth of the people".

Confirming the news says Jacqueline's spokesperson, " Yes Jacqueline met Adrien Brody at Naomi Campbell's party and they spoke at length about films and Adrien's plans to revisit India".
