Jacqueline Fernandez’s special gesture for mum
Salman Khan announced a sequel of the film, but Jackie isn’t a part of it
Jacqueline Fernandez, who is currently in Malaysia to perform at the IIFA ceremony, seems to be in a nostalgic mood. The place, she says, brings back memories from her childhood.
“My mother is Malaysian and in my growing up years, I’ve spent all my summer holidays here. I want to do something special for my mom because she is part of the audience here. That’s why I have told my choreographer Shiamak Davar and his team that I want to do something traditionally Malaysian and blend that with Bollywood numbers,” she said.
Recently, her Kick co-star Salman Khan announced a sequel of the film, but Jackie isn’t a part of it. “I wasn’t aware of a sequel being made. The first film was a blessing for me and I can never thank Salman enough for making me part if it. And even if I’m not part of Kick 2, insha’allah there will be more films with Salman,” she said.
