Richa Chadha, who is riding high on the great response to her film Masaan at Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, held a special screening of the film for her parents recently.
In the film, Richa plays Sanjay Mishra’s daughter and there are two parallel stories going on. The story, that explores the relationship between a father and a daughter, is said to have spiritual undertones as well.
We hear the actress was very excited to show the film to her father, especially. A source close to Richa says, “She held a special screening only for her parents in her hometown. Richa feels her parents are her biggest critics and they have always given her honest feedback. She plans to invite them and some of her close friends from the capital to the Mumbai screening as well.”
