The film will be based on AIDS awareness

Priyadarshan’s next film, based on AIDS awareness, was officially announced recently. Prakash Raj and Shriya Reddy, with whom the filmmaker teamed up earlier for Kanchivaram, have been brought on board, apart from a few established actors from K’town. We hear that Ashok Selvan will play the lead in the untitled movie which is billed as a hilarious entertainer. However, the actor was unavailable for a confirmation despite repeated attempts. Ashok Selvan currently has films like Savale Samali, 144 and Pirai Thediya Naatkal.
According to a source, the shooting of the movie will commence on August and will be wrapped up in a short time. And then, the latest we hear is that AR Rahman is roped in to score the background music for the film. Director AL Vijay and Amala Paul will produce the film.
