Sonam Kapoor will soon fly to the Oz for the Indian Film Festival in Melbourne where fashion and film collide for a celebration that honours the best of Indian cinema.
The visit will be a special one for Sonam, who will be amongst the few guests of honour at the festival. She will be accompanied by her father and actor Anil Kapoor and former Pakistani co-star and close friend Fawad Khan, who made his Bollywood debut with the film Khoobsurat.
At the festival, Sonam will be honoured for her contribution to Bollywood. Father Anil Kapoor’s contribution will also be celebrated at the festival with the screening of his latest blockbuster release Dil Dhadakne Do directed by Zoya Akhtar and also his super-hit films such as 1942 A Love Story and Mr. India.
