As his last film Bajrangi Bhaijaan crosses the Rs 300-crore mark even as you read this, the actor and his NGO seems to have created another record. According to reliable sources, Salman’s Being Human foundation has sold a whopping 5,000 pieces of the iconic gada that he has worn in the film.
A source close to the actor said, “Selling film merchandise is not a new concept in Bollywood. But the fact is, no one in the industry has managed to sell one particular accessory in such a large number. This is truly because of Salman Khan’s super star power.” We agree.
