LJP has been given 42 seats while the Rashtriya Lok Samata Party has been allotted 25 seats

New Delhi: Not giving much space to allies in a bid to reach near the halfway mark on its own, the BJP has earmarked 161 out of the total 243 seats for itself in the Bihar Assembly elections. But former Bihar CM Jitan Ram Manjhi held up the formal announcement after being apparently miffed at being given just 15 seats for his Hindustan Awam Morcha even as hectic parleys continued till late Saturday evening.
The Lok Janshakti Party has been given 42 seats, while the Rashtriya Lok Samata Party has been allotted 25 seats.
