Chennai: A 30-year-old woman, who had acted in an unreleased movie, has lodged a complaint with Madipakkam police saying that her second husband Ramesh Sankar has ‘abducted’ her seven-year-old son born to her first husband.
Based on the complaint from actor Sasirekha, the police registered an FIR on Thursday and said they are on the lookout for Ramesh Sankar, a short filmmaker. She, in her complaint, claimed that Ramesh Sankar was friendly with a woman from Pallavaram. She also said that she saw him carrying a pistol. She wanted the police to track Ramesh Sankar and her son Roshan, who went missing since Monday.
Police on Thursday questioned the woman named by Sasirekha, who told the police that she had given Ramesh Sankar '6 lakh as loan for a business venture and that she had only business relationship with the husband of the actress.
