Kerala’s first Innovation Hub thrown open to innovators

The hub is arranged over a 1,400 square feet space at RSC offering 30 seats in a batch
KOZHIKODE: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy inaugurated the project Innovation Hub, the first of its kind in the State at the Regional Science Center and Planetarium here on Thursday.
The Incubator Hub acts as an incubator of ideas for young inventors to develop their ideas into a perfect output.
Inaugurating the hub, the Chief Minister praised the attempt of the RSC in initiating the project as a boost to young innovators.
The hub has welcomed applicants between class VI to XII for registration of membership and the already registered candidates performed some of their creations during the launch.
The hub is arranged over a 1,400 square feet space at RSC offering 30 seats in a batch.
The Innovation hub along with school students will also encourage the public to make innovations in different disciplines including physics, chemistry and computer science.
