This is the latest hot buzz in K’town: producer AM Ratnam who made big blockbusters like Ghilli and Sivakasi with Vijay, and then later shifted gears by producing Ajith’s last three movies Aarambam, Yennai Arindhaal and Vedhalam is back in Vijay’s camp!
According to sources, it was Ratnam along with Simbu’s dad T. Rajendar and a big financier, who stood by Vijay during the recent Puli crisis. With his vast experience in the industry, Ratnam mediated with various distributors, financiers and ensured a smooth release of Puli. People who know the good side of the producer say that he’s one person who always lends a helping hand to anyone in trouble and in this case it was Vijay. Though rumour mills are working overtime on the duo’s possible teaming up in the future, a close aide of the producer refutes it.
