A French tourist has captured the most terrifying moment of his life in this footage.
The clip shows four tourists trekking through Te Urewera National Park towards the Hopu Ruahine Bridge in Hawkes Bay.
One of the tourist managed to captured the moment when the bridge on Lake Waikaremoana Great Walk collapsed.
They were crossing the bridge when the incident took place.
The tourists plunge eight meter into the river, but no major injuries were reported.
According to the reports, a cable on the bridge released which led to this tragic incident. For safety the bridge is shut for now.
This video has gone viral all over the Internet and has got over 9 lakh views till now.
