Salman Khan share his ‘eternal bond’ with director Sooraj Barjatya
Mumbai: Salman Khan, aka Bollywood’s ‘Prem’ is back for the 15th time, this time for director Sooraj Barjatya’s ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. The maker of the family drama released a video Saturday afternoon, that brought the focus to the ‘eternal bond’ Salman shares with his director Sooraj.
The director-actor duo, who have come together after almost 16 years share some of this fondest memories of working together on films like ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’, ‘Hum Aapke Hai Kaun’, ‘Hum Saat Saat Hai’ and finally in the upcoming Diwali blockbuster ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’.
In the video, Sooraj says that he was very happy to work with Salman again and felt the need to portray that side of the actor that is ‘so vulnerable and nice’. He also said that film needed to be executed in a way that fans and moviegoers walk out of the theatres wanting to be ‘better people’. The director also says that this movie was special because Salman managed to get on the sets by 9am everyday. He further revealed that Salman still wanted me to make the films the way we made in the 90's. He used to wake Salman in his haveli and discuss the scenes over the breakfast.
