Prithviraj may have the rare distinction of seeing three of his films minting gold at the marquee — all at the same time. Even as Anarkali opened to good reviews, Ennu Ninte Moideen and Amar Akbar Anthony have set the cash registers ringing. This is a phenomenon seen once in a blue moon and actor is dominating the market as he continues his purple patch for the year. Another point of interest is that all the three films have been directed by debutants. Prithviraj has further consolidated his position at the box office in what could well be a hat-trick of hits. Prithviraj has also been careful in choosing the right mix films and lately he seems to be the leading name to go to for biopics and cinematic adaptations of best selling novels. Prithviraj will be acting in Blessy’s upcoming film based on the novel Aadu Jeevitham that will see him setting aside two years for the film that will require an extreme physical transformation. Another film titled as Vimanam will see Prithviraj essay the role of Saji Thomas — deaf and dumb man who made an airplane. In addition to these are two upcoming films Pavada and Darwinte Parinamam.
