The revenue department had issued 19 pattas by calling the Wakf property as government land
Hyderabad: Deputy CM Mohammed Mahmood Ali on Monday ordered the cancellation of all pattas issued on the land belonging to Chunti Shah Mosque at Osmanpura in the Old City.
The revenue department had issued 19 pattas by calling the Wakf property as government land. However, on Mr Mahmood Ali’s directions, the officials of the and the Wakf Board conducted a joint survey on Monday and concluded that entire 9,244-sq yard parcel of land was Wakf property.
