Bareilly (UP): A local court has directed to lodge a case against the director and star cast of Bollywood film 'Goliyon ki Rasleela - Ram Leela', following a petition that the movie glorified violence and obscenity.
Judicial Magistrate R P Gupta directed lodging of case against Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and actors Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, among others.
Kailash Chandra had filed a petition contending that violence and obscenity has been glorified in the film, and it has hurt the feelings and sentiments of Hindus.
The film has been surrounded by controversy even before its release and several organisations have demanded a ban on it.
