Chennai: DMDK founder and leader of Opposition Vijayakanth on Wednesday opposed the move to shift actor Sivaji Ganesan’s statue on Kamaraj Salai-Dr Radhakrishnan Salai junction citing hindrance to traffic.
“When there are many statues on the Marina beach road stretch why Sivaji statue alone being picked out for hindering traffic?” he questioned.

He said that his party has a good chance of winning seats in the assembly elections in New Delhi.
