Paul Walker leaves all blue
'Fast and Furious' star, Paul Walker's untimely death has left fans shocked that the hero is no more.
After living for 40 years in the 'Fast and Furious' lane, actor Paul Walker's untimely death has left his fans shocked.
Walker who played Brian O'Corner in one of the most popular movie franchises of all times leaves behind friends and fans that are still trying to grapple with the fact that the man with the oceanic blue eyes that sparkled with life, will now only live in fragments of their memories.
His fans in the city talk about their favourite Walker films and how things will change for them after his fatal accident this weekend.
Paul, an animal lover, had been filming for 'Fast and Furious 7' during his last days.
Model Apoorva Vishwanath says she is stunned by the news. “I can not imagine the 'Fast and Furious' series without him. His and Vin Diesel's pairing made the movies what they are today," she expresses.
City-based rally racer, Mezzan Anees too, was in a state of shock when he heard the news. “It hasn't sunk in. I can't believe it," says the driver who was holidaying in Goa when he got the news.
The actor breathed his last when his Porsche GT hit a pole and the resultant fire consumed Paul and his friend in Santa Clarita in California. Paul (in the passenger seat) and his friend took the car for a spin after attending a charity event in the area when the vehicle spun out of control.
His death has set the social media 'ablaze' with posts and messages.
“His last Tweet 'The boys are back. Will you be ready?' reduced me to tears. Those who cribbed about the F&F series being repetitive and monotonous are now mourning his loss," says Kushagara, a fan.
The irony of the entire situation -the actor who pulled off heart-stopping stunts and whizzed past in his mean machines, died due to a car crash.
Srikant Nair, the operations Lead for Microsoft says, “Paul was a genuine actor of his time. Ever since I saw 'Eight Below', I became a diehard Paul Walker fan.
