TTD to build Lord Balaji temple in Hyderabad soon
TTD approves Rs12 crore for construction of the Lord Venkateswara temple.

Tirupati: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) which manages the famous hill temple of Lord Venkateswara at nearby Tirumala, will build a shrine for the Lord and another Lord Mahaganapathi temple at the Banjara Hills in Hyderabad.
TTD Chairman K Bapiraju told reporters that the TTD today approved Rs 12 crore for construction of the Lord Venkateswara temple and Rs 4.7 crore for the Lord Mahaganapathi shrine.
In November 2012, the TTD Board decided to construct a replica shrine of Lord Balaji in Mumbai and a similar one in Puducherry, TTD sources said, adding construction of such massive shrines is in progress in Kurukshetra in Haryana and in Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu.
