A new study has suggested that female millennial, who makes 93 percent of what their male counterparts earn, worry that the pay gap will widen again when they reach their mid-30s.

The report from the Pew Research Center found that the majority feel more changes need to occur for men and women to be truly equal in the workplace, the New York Daily News reported.

According to the research, young women are closing the gender pay gap because they are well educated, but despite the gains at work many professional women still think they are living in a man's world.
